Terms & Conditions


Bookings

All bookings must be made at least seven days in advance to ensure sufficient time for the style questionnaire to be completed and returned. To make an appointment please call 07930 033889 or email enquiries@cravepersonalstyling.com. A fifty percent deposit is required at the time of booking, unless purchased as a gift voucher which is paid in full.

Areas covered

I am based in Manchester and offer Personal Shopping services in Manchester City Centre and the Trafford Centre. I carry out Wardrobe Consultations across Manchester and Greater Manchester (Bury, Bolton, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Trafford, Wigan) which includes Heaton Moor, Heaton Mersey, Didsbury, Chorlton, Altrincham, Cheadle, Sale, Bramhall, Hazel Grove, Bowden, Hale, Leigh, Prestwich. I am happy to discuss appointments outside of these areas, but there may be some additional travel costs so please enquire before making a booking.

Cancellations

If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, please inform me at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. If less than 48 hours notice is given, fifty percent of your total fee will be non-refundable. If more than 48 hours notice is given your fee will be refunded, however an admin fee of £30 will be deducted.

Rescheduling

You may re-schedule your booking providing you contact me 48 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise you will be expected to attend your day at the agreed date and time.

Gift vouchers

All packages are available by Gift Voucher and a gift certificate will be posted out to you upon purchase. Gift vouchers are valid for a year and are paid in full when purchased. 

Payment

I accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal for secure payments. BACS payments are also accepted. Fifty percent deposits are required for all packages upon booking, with the balance of all payments completed either 24 hours before by BACS transfer/Paypal or on the day by credit or debit card via PayPal Here.

Sessions

Appointments will usually take place between the hours of 9.30am and 5pm Monday to Saturday. Evening and Sunday appointments can be made by special arrangement.

Concierge shopping

You will be required to provide funds 24 hours before the appointment. Should I manage to fulfil your requirements for under budget I will refund you the balance via BACS transfer or Paypal. I will return any unsuitable items for you and again refund payment to you via BACS transfer or Paypal.

Wardrobe consultation

Please ensure that you have your clothes in a reasonable order. For example; trousers together, tops together etc as this makes outfit selecting easier. Plus all your accessories, shoes, handbags and jewellery to hand so I can create as many different looks as possible.  

 Personal shopping

Please wear comfortable clothes that are easy to take on and off as you’ll be trying on lots of different items in various shops. You will be doing lots of walking so please wear comfortable shoes and try to avoid brining a heavy coat and bag with you.

Style questionnaire

To ensure you get the most out of your session please complete and return your Style Questionnaire at least one week before your session. This will be emailed to you at the time of booking.

Personalised Style Reports

Personalised Style Reports will be sent electronically as part of all packages. A bound printed version can be sent to you for an additional charge of £25.
